  The design of the reeds Vandoren for Alto saxophone allows to obtain an extremely pure grace at one end, very thin of the reed ( where the area of vibration is a maximum) and a spine important (more wood in the area leading up gradually to the heel). The reeds, Vandoren traditional are recognizable by a horizontal line which delimits the area of scratching on the bark.
