The length and the diameter of the stud, the bore, the appearance of the veneer and the design are the ingredients of this new concept, which offers the perfect balance between a sound that is very wooded and precision without equal. Vandoren recommends that the reeds 56 rue Lepic.




The M30D is done with machines digital tools guaranteeing the adherence to dimensions and specifications set by Vandoren. Each nozzle undergoes meticulous quality control. The brilliance of the spout is obtained by polishing.
The cutting table is carried out with tools to the diamond with an accuracy of 1/100 mm. Only the table is not polished to preserve the precision.


Finally, the finishing and the control of each nozzle is done by hand (ceiling, rails, and facet). A final polishing removes any mark.
