The series of spouts, Jazz V16 for tenor saxophone from Vandoren hard rubber, is inspired by the sound of jazzmen of the 50's to our days. The reeds Java, V16 and ZZ are recommended by Vandoren to this spout.
The bec T10 Vandoren V16 has an opening 305 (1/100mm) and an average table long.

The bec T10 Vandoren V16 hard rubber designed by Vandoren is done with machines digital tools guaranteeing the adherence to dimensions and specifications set by Vandoren.
Each nozzle undergoes meticulous quality control. The brilliance of the spout is obtained by polishing.
The cutting table is carried out with tools to the diamond with an accuracy of 1/100 mm. Only the table is not polished to preserve the precision.
Finally, the finishing and the control of each nozzle is done by hand (ceiling, rails, and facet). A final polishing removes any mark.
Vandoren recommends the use of reeds:
- Vandoren traditional : 2.5 -> 3
- Vandoren V12 : 3 -> 3.5
- Vandoren Java Red : 3 -> 3.5
- Vandoren Java Green : 3 -> 3.5
- Vandoren V16 : 2.5 -> 3.5
- Vandoren ZZ : 3 -> 3.5
