The beak AL3 Vandoren Optimum ebonite designed by Vandoren is done with machines digital tools guaranteeing the adherence to dimensions and specifications set by Vandoren.
Each nozzle undergoes meticulous quality control. The brilliance of the spout is obtained by polishing.
The cutting table is carried out with tools to the diamond with an accuracy of 1/100 mm. Only the table is not polished to preserve the precision.
Finally, the finishing and the control of each nozzle is done by hand (ceiling, rails, and facet). A final polishing removes any mark.
