More info

He managed very quickly to develop in particular thanks to his interest in the engineering that it uses to develop the tools and techniques of manufacturing.
Rico is also the only manufacturer to cultivate the entirety of the reeds used in the manufacturing of the reeds in its plantations in France and Argentina.
In 2004, Rico was purchased by D'addario is a manufacturer of accessories for music that has put all its know-how in research and development in the service of the quality of the products and processes of manufacture of Rico.

The oci Reserve for clarinet Bb made by Rico, is located in this line : it is the result of a clever collaboration between art and technological innovation.
Reissue of nose vintage, its manufacture is based on an advanced technology that reproduces industrially the craftsmanship that had made the fame of these beaks in the years 20.
In the interests of standardization, the use of a variety of hard rubber, whose composition is patented by D'addario and the recourse to the technique of milling in place of the molding has enabled it to control more closely the process of manufacturing and machining of the object even in its smallest details.
But beyond its smooth curves and harmonious, its polished angles as well as the originality of the materials, it is in the sound it emits that one perceives the quality of the oci Reserve. The musicians who have tried it attest to both the richness and the complexity of its tonal palette and ease of use.
